Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). 95% of all orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day.
All our items are in stock at our UK based warehouse. We provide a range of shipping services provided by Royal Mail and Courier Delivery by DPD.
Items sent via Royal Mail will be sent via the service chosen at checkout. Tracked and Tracked Next Day may require a signature and we are unable to supply delivery company with safe place or additional delivery information. When choosing Other 24 Hour Courier your order will be sent by DPD and you will be contacted on the morning of the delivery with a 1 hour delivery window.
We are happy to deliver to residential or work addresses. Please note DPD (Other 24 Hour Courier) only delivery Monday to Friday. If you have not received any UK order within 5 working days please contact us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and any information given is used for the purposes of processing your order.
We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your permission for us to do so. When you place an order we will collect your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and your payment details. By placing an order, you consent to the use of such personal information.
We will not disclose your details to any third party, except to fulfill delivery of the goods to you and to process credit or debit card payments.
If you have purchased from our store, registered on our site or entered any of our competitions, we may occasionally update you via e-mail, on information we think may be of interest to you including sale information, latest products or special offers.

Returns & Replacements

We comply with Distance Selling Regulations and are happy to offer refunds for all purchases if contacted within 14 days of delivery. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you wish to return an item for either an exchange or refund please hit the contact us button and let us know.
In the unlikely event that goods are received faulty, incorrect or have developed fault during a short period of time please contact us before sending them back. We don't refund used or worn items, we can only offer a replacement. All products sold from our store are guaranteed to be fit for their intended use. Please ensure you only use items for what they were intended for as we will not accept liability for defects caused by misuse or abuse.

Ordering

All purchases take place in a safe environment, using the latest security technology to protect our customers. We use a 128bit secure server to encrypt your credit card information and no credit card details are held at any time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We reserve the right to update or change any product price at any time prior to dispatch. If any price is subject to an increase you will be contacted before dispatch and may cancel the order if you are not happy with the increase.

Viewing Orders

Once you have created an account or placed an order full details of your order including tracking details can be found in the yor account section. If you have any problems using this feature please contact us.

Updating Account Information

All account details be updated within the 'my account' but if you need help with this please just contact us. If you supply an incorrect address during checkout please contact us asap and we will try and update this prior to dispatch. This is not always possible and cost of re-delivery will lie with the buyer.
