Product: Really pleased with my 'Cast' brown brogues, perfect fit and finish, and even nicer than they appear on the website, as the transition from the darker toecap to the rest of the shoe is more subtle than the images show.
Delivery and customer service: I'd ordered size 40 and the parcel arrived very promptly.
Unfortunately, despite the delivery note and the label on the box saying size 40, the shoes supplied were actually size 43 (I guess the mix-up could have happened anywhere in the supply chain or warehouse picking) but happily the return/exchange process was very straightforward and my replacement size 40 shoes were with me inside 48 hours (big thanks to Kieran H. for the prompt and efficient customer service).
Summary: Five star product and five star customer service - definitely recommended!
